Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.
Important Notice for Digital Products
Sample packs, preset packs, and online courses are digital content. Your right of withdrawal expires once delivery has begun, provided you have:

Expressly consented to immediate delivery, and

Acknowledged that you lose your withdrawal right upon delivery start.
This consent is obtained at checkout via checkbox:
"I agree to immediate download/access and acknowledge that my right of withdrawal expires once delivery begins."
If you did not consent or delivery has not begun, the full 14-day period applies.

Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except supplementary costs from choosing a more expensive delivery method), without undue delay and within 14 days of notification.
Reimbursement will be made using the same payment method used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
